Pictured is a classroom inside the James Lehr Kennedy Engineering Building at Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio. Metro CD Engineering designed the electrical power and lighting as well as provided construction phase services. Our firm also did the LEED Commissioning for the project and served as the LEED Project Administrator. The project achieved LEED Silver Certification, the first LEED Certified building at ONU.

Commercial/Retail
Metro CD is known for creating retail spaces that are visually appealing and aid to the comfort of the clientele of our clients. For example, Michael Chow created a lighting design for DSW's show room that doubled the light levels from the surrounding spaces to attract customers to specific areas of the store. Michael's design also used 60% less energy than that of the previous lighting design that was being used.
